  1. Do you or Brandon do any online coaching? I’ve been thinking of maybe having someone take a look at my form and see where I might be able to pick up a few pounds out of my lifts.

    1. Brandon does all of my coaching and a lot of online programming. I am not sure of his availability or how many spots he has open currently however. I am not a coach or qualified to be one, I am simply one of his athletes. Thank you for asking!
