  • Delt Raise Medley – 3×15
  • Tricep Pulldowns – 4×20
  • Lat Pulldowns – 3×10
  • Hammer Curls – 3×10
  • Stir the Pot – 4×20

Today’s training went well. My elbow is starting to feel better and I can see the finish line for this training cycle. It has really started to wear me out but I am glad that I pushed through this long and I can see the payoff already. I am right where I want to be going into prep.
