  • Preacher Curls (Narrow Grip)
    • 60×8, 70×8, 70×8 (3 count eccentric)
  • Overhead DB Tricep Extension
    • 50×20, 60×20, 65×15, 70×10

Overall, a solid workout today. My legs are still feeling fried from the spider bar squats on Sunday but you’ll have that. The only trouble I had today was a back cramp that would spring up on about the fifth rep of every set on bench. I blame the back attack on Sunday for that as well. Thursday will be a dynamic lower session which is different from previous off-season cycles Brandon has had me on. I look forward to a change in pace and movements.
